Bespoke Housekeeping Services for Cornish Holiday Homes
Each Cornish property is unique and therefore deserves its own unique housekeeping arrangement.   We meet with every owner or agent to discuss individual requirements.

Cleaning

Each of our Cornish properties has its own checklist and is fully cleaned and dressed to maximise its features and provide a warm Cornish welcome.
 
We also offer eco cleaning for those properties that are not on mains drainage.
 
To assist in keeping your costs down we also offer a fantastic deal on essentials packs comprising cloths, bin bags, kitchen towels and toilet rolls.
 
Every owner or agent is also sent a weekly property report detailing any maintenance issues, breakages and guest feedback.
 
 

Laundry

We work with a small professional laundry to ensure your laundry is returned crisp and clean.
 
Our service includes personal check in and check out.
 
We also offer laundry hire and carry spare soak and sleep items so whatever happens your property will be ready for your new guests.

Property and Garden Maintenance

Our housekeepers willl automatically perform minor maintenance such as tightening handles and changing bulbs as part of their routine.
 
We offer regular garden maintenance and have a bank of tried and  trusted local tradesmen such as emergency plumbers and locksmiths for those bigger issues.
 
If your property is empty for a period of time we can provide an asset monitoring service to check for damp or storm damage,

Welcome Packs

Whether it is a locally made Cornish cream tea, champagne or even a locally sourced vegetable box, we can arrange for this to be provided and displayed for maximum impact.
 
Fresh cut flowers and wine are particularly popular.
 
As part of our service each property is automatically supplied with individual coffee, tea and sugar sachets from the Cornish Tea Company.

Guest Helpline

We ring or text every guest within 24 hours of arriving to check they are happy and settled.  
 
We also provide a 24 hour guest helpline to ensure guests' queries are dealt with quickly.  So whether your guests have lost their key or their dog we are there to help.
 
If necessary we provide an emergency key holder and call out service.
